Many, many people around the world are now asking these questions. We, as a society, are now going through a major awakening. More and more people are becoming aware that life doesn’t work the way we have thought it did in the past.

People are searching for answers to these questions in all disciplines. Regardless of the approach, whether it be from a psychological perspective, a scientific perspective, a business perspective, a theological perspective or any other perspective, we are all searching for answers to how life works. And regardless of the approach, we will all arrive at the same place when we find the true answer to these questions.

What we will always find is that the answers to these questions lie deep within ourselves.

Are you familiar with the story about the gods debating about where to hide the secret of life? They went through many thoughts, but ended with the decision that it should be buried deep within man. The reasoning was that he will never look there.

Most of us have lived a very outer directed life, searching for success, happiness, health, harmonious relationships, all the things that makes for fulfillment in life, outside ourselves. At this point in history what many people are discovering is that life simply does not work the way we have believe it did.

There is more, much more to discover about how life works, how we are creating our own experiences, and how we have the innate ability within ourselves to create the life we want for ourselves.

We are now in the midst of a giant step in the evolution of human consciousness. I have been watching this process unfold since 1968, when I made a discovery that totally changed my life, and gave me a glimpse into the many changes that have happened and continue to happen.

• First we saw many great books being written about new possibilities and how life works. Marilyn Ferguson suggested the coming changes in her book, The Aquarian Conspiracy in 1980. This has been followed by many other great books written by Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, James Redfield and many others.
• Next came the movies starting with Field of Dreams, then more recently came What The Bleep Do We Know, where a person’s life story was told then a group of well known scientist described what was happening from a scientific perspective. (Scientist around the world are discovering that life doesn’t work the way we thought it did). Now The Secret seems to be everywhere, on Oprah, Larry King Live, Ellen and many other talk shows, as well as being provided in a book and DVD.
