Change Your Life

There are so many people giving you advice about how to change your life.  Religion, the entire field of psychology and even business consultants tell you how to change your life in different ways.  And what they always tell you to do are things, like forgive, change your beliefs or see things from a different perspective.  All good advice, but what they do not realize is that you are not capable of doing what they are requesting.  As hard as you try to forgive, change your beliefs and see things from a different perspective, you can only see things from your perspective.  This perspective was created from your past experiences, and something else has to change before you are able to change your beliefs or perspective.

They have the cart ahead of the horse, so to speak.  Can you imagine a horse trying to push a cart?  It is impossible just as it is impossible for most people to follow the instructions of most advisors.  The tricky part about this is that we don’t know what we don’t know.  We think we can do anything, if we just know what to do, and we do not know what it would be like to be more capable until we experience being more capable.  You are probably doing the best you can already.

The reality is that the stress that gets built up in the mind/body system from all the stress you have encountered over the years weakens the system and makes you less and less capable, less  capable of following through with all the things you are told to do.  You try, you give it your best, but often it doesn’t work and you just think the advice was wrong, and you tried something else that didn’t work.

We, at Unlimited Futures, also tell you what you need to do to create the life you want for yourself.  We give you 7 steps for creating whatever you chose, and they work to the degree that you are capable of using them.  The problem is again, that you are not able to actually follow through with these steps.

Few people are actually capable of getting really Clear (step 1) about what they want to create or able to Visualize it (step 2) clearly in their minds eye.  Then the third step – Acceptance requires you to change most of your preprogrammed beliefs – almost impossible.  It is even a challenge to keep your attention Focused (step 4) on anything for any length of time, and the fifth step- Intuition is non-existent.  Intuition does not come through to one who is overstressed.  That brings us to Action, the 6th step, with no clear idea of what to do or how to do it.  Then is it any wonder that the (7th step) Manifestation does appear?

We give you this information but, most importantly we tell you that in order to be able to use it and follow through with the 7 steps in the creative process you will need to release the built up stress in your nervous system and strengthen the system.  We also provide you with a process for releasing the stress and strengthening your entire mind/body system.  It is a simple process that anyone can do, and if you work with this process on a daily basis you become more and more capable of doing all the things you have to do to be able to change your life.  Through the practice of this process you become more and more capable in all areas of your life.  It is not magic.  We can only perform to the extent of our abilities at any point in time, but fortunately we have discovered a process that strengthens and increases these abilities.

We live in a very stressful world and I would venture to say that at least 99% of the population is over stressed.  Unfortunately, we do not become aware of it until something goes wrong.  Then we realize that we want to change our lives.  Then we get bombarded with advice about the importance of doing things that we are not capable of doing.

As far as I know, in the past, people have not been aware of the process that I discovered for releasing stress and strengthening the entire mind/body system.  As we release the stress,  many of our limiting beliefs and perceptions go with it, and we become strong enough to do what it takes to eliminate the remaining blocks.

I know so many people who have libraries of books about how to change your life, and have tried so many things for years with little or no results.

In order to change your life, you have to change yourself.  Your experiences are just a reflection of what goes on inside your own head and body.  I have discovered a wonderful process that can make a huge difference in your ability to change your life and create a life of health, happiness, success and fulfillment.

It is not a quick fix, in fact it is a life time process.   It is something that you will want to do every day for the rest of your life.  Stress continues, and you need a way to release it and keep your entire mind and body functioning at higher and higher levels of function as time goes on.  It has taken some time to get to where you are in your life today, and it will take some time to get to where you want to be, but the most important thing is that you get started now.
