How to Create Healthy, Happy, Harmonious Relationships

Are you concerned about a specific relationship in your life?  Do you know what makes it possible for us to create healthy, happy, harmonious relationships?

Relationships are so very important in our lives, and when we think about relationships we think about other people, but the most important relationship in our lives is our relationship with ourselves.  This is the relationship that affects all of our other relationships.

How do you feel about yourself?  Do you like yourself?  Do you think that you are the best you that you can be?  Would you want to be in a relationship with you?

These are just some questions to ponder.

Our relationships are affected by how comfortable we are with ourselves.  How we feel about ourselves and how healthy and happy we are.  We each just bring ourselves into our relationships, and only healthy, happy people are capable of creating healthy, happy, harmonious relationships.

Focusing your attention on your own personal growth is by far the most effective way to create the kind of relationships you want in your life.
