Creating Balance in Your Life

We all know that it is important to create a balanced lifestyle, but few people actually do it.  Most of us know that just lying around all the time is not a very fulfilling life and that running constantly is equally unfulfilling.  So how do we create balance in our lives?  In order to live a healthy, successful, and fulfilling life we must have a balance between rest and activity.

We hear a lot about yoga and meditation these days and people who try them find them very helpful, but some people tell me that they just can’t meditate.  They simply can’t get their minds to settle down.  The reason for this is that all the pressure and demands made on us cause our nervous systems to become over stressed, and as the stress builds up we become more robotic.  We have so much to do we seem to get programmed to keep moving at a certain pace.  Then when we try to settle down the mind panics, believing that you are wasting time, which you can’t afford to do.

Years ago I discovered a process for releasing stress, strengthening my nervous system and refining the energy in the entire mind/body system which automatically moves one into a more advanced level of understanding and functioning.  I had discovered how to create a balanced lifestyle, and it was like moving into a whole new world.  My energy started increasing, my mind became very clear, I begin to feel younger and more confident, and I became capable of creating whatever I focused my attention on. I was on top of the world and everything was going my way.  In fact, things were going so well that I got too busy to work with the process that I had discovered.

And gradually my energy decreased, my mind wasn’t quite as clear and it became just a bit harder to do the things I had done with ease before.  I knew that I had to get back to working with the process of breathing exercises, stretching exercises and meditation, but when I tried meditating without doing the breathing exercises and stretching exercises first, my mind kept racing and telling me things like “this is a waste of time”, “you have things to do, get up and get at them”.  Fortunately, I had already experienced the amazing results of creating a balanced lifestyle.  So, I simply refused to pay any attention to the mind chatter and continued to meditate.

That was a very wise decision because my determination to create a balanced lifestyle for myself gave me abilities far beyond anything I had ever dreamed possible before.  In fact, I discovered that I could create whatever I wanted in my life, and I have created a wonderful life for myself.

When I discovered the amazing things that can happen for all of us when we create a balanced lifestyle, I knew I had to share my discoveries with others.  This lead to the founding of Unlimited Futures, an organization that provides programs for the development of the great potential that lies deep within all of us if we only know how to access it.

This was over 25 years ago and thousands of people have worked with this process over the years and created much better lives for themselves.
