Creating Optimal Health

There are many things that we need to consider in creating optimal health, but none more important than life style.  Our life style is usually the result of our past experiences and our beliefs.  Is being healthy important to you? 

 To create optimal health we need to create a life style that supports health.  Of course, we need to pay attention to our diet. We need to get the nutrition that the body needs without eating too much food.  As we all know, exercise is extremely important.  Do you have a daily exercise program? 

 Our life style is the result of our habits.  We cannot create optimal health without making the things that produce it a habit in our lives.  Any accomplishment requires discipline, but once we discipline ourselves to do the things we know are valuable for us, it becomes a habit and optimal health is achieved. 

 We have discovered that in addition to diet and exercise, there are some other things that you can do to help you experience life from a totally different level.  In my book Unlimited Futures: How to Understand the Life You Have and Create the Life You Want, I provide you with a process of breathing exercises, stretching exercises, meditation and focusing techniques that when done on a daily basis, moves one into optimal health and a much more advanced level of functioning.  We discover that not only can we create optimal health for ourselves, but from the experience of optimal health we are then able to create the kind of experiences we want in our lives.
