Has the Economy Created Stress in Your Life?

by Dr. Bobbie Stevens on November 16, 2009

Huge changes are taking place in the world today.  Even though many of the changes we are forced to deal with may be unpleasant.  It is good to know that we are always evolving and guided, and sometimes forced, into new directions for our greatest growth.

I firmly believe that we each have a reason and purpose for being here and we are always growing in the fulfillment of our purpose.  When we are open to knowing and fulfilling our purpose, life works best, and we feel much less stress when things do not go the way we thought we wanted them to go.

When we make choices about what we want to create in our lives, we can only make those choices from our present level of awareness.  There could be far greater things for us to accomplish and experience than what we are aware of at any given moment.

I believe that the major changes we are seeing in the world today are leading us to a much greater awareness of what is possible for us and moving us into a better place for fulfilling our individual purposes.  The way nature gives us a nudge to change is by removing the choice to continue on the same old path.  Otherwise most of us would just keep doing what we know and not explore other, and possibly much greater, possibilities.

I just want to present a different way to perceive the things that may be going on in your life.  Maybe if we can understand what I believe is happening, the economy and all the related changes will be less stressful.

If you have not read my book Unlimited Futures: How to Understand the Life You Have and Create the Life You Want, that is the place to start to get an understanding of the enormous possibilities available to each of us through our own personal growth and development.
