The Value Of Meditation

I am sure you have heard about meditation, and wondered why you would want to meditate.  Meditation is a process that makes it possible for us to transcend or go beyond our usual state of consciousness.  It allows us to get out of our programmed thinking and merge our conscious mind with the super-conscious or all intelligence.

 Unless you have tried meditation this may sound strange or impossible or even undesirable.  Meditation is something that our left brain reason and logic cannot understand.  It is something that we have to experience to begin to understand its value.  Meditating is a way to expand our consciousness or ability to be aware.  It is a pathway to our source, and part of a process that will allow us to know who we are and what is possible for us.  Each time we meditate we expand our awareness which brings us to a higher level of consciousness.  It allows us to experience more, more beauty, more happiness, and more joy, more of life.

It also makes us healthier and stronger in all areas of our life.
