Last Sunday on Oprah’s Super Soul Sunday Show she interviewed Dr. Brian L Weiss who has written a book entitled Miracles Happen. This was an interesting show where he and Oprah talked about past life experiences and reincarnation.
If you have not watched this show which is on Sunday mornings at both 10AM and 11 AM EST, I highly recommend it. She interviews some very interesting people.
On the show she keeps saying tweet me or send me a Facebook message about your experiences. Since I really do not know how to do either even though we have accounts, I thought that maybe you could send her a message about Unlimited Futures if you have participated in any of our courses or read my book and found it beneficial. Tell her about your experience with Unlimited Futures. This program would be a perfect place for us, but I am not sure how to get that message to her.
I have read that it is possible to get in touch with anyone and you are only 7 to 10 people away for anyone you want to contact. So maybe you know someone who knows someone etc and we could work together to make a great contribution to everyone who watches the Oprah’s Super Soul Sunday Show.
I find so many like-minded people on this show and I would really like to join in on the conversation. Let me know if you make contact or know someone who knows someone. Thanks for your help.
As for our conversation today let’s talk about creating balance in your life.
We have all heard about the importance of creating balance in your life, but what does that really mean? We may have also heard that you must put first things first. But what should be first in your life?
What’s first should be what is most important to you. Many people say my family comes first, others say my work comes first. I am here to tell you today that if you do not put yourself first in your life you are losing ground in terms of everything else that is important to you.
You can only give to others, whether work or family, what you are capable of giving. If you do not take care of yourself first you will be less and less capable of giving to others. We are always growing or declining, making progress or losing ground.
Actually, the most unselfish thing you can do is to put yourself first. You owe it to yourself and everyone in your life to be all you can be. The more you grow the more valuable you will be to yourself and everyone around you.
Many times we are so concerned for others that we keep taking care of them while overstressing ourselves. The more stressed we get the less capable we become. In order to be all you can be you must prioritize your life, put yourself first and determine how much time you need to take care of yourself and set aside that time for that purpose.
As you probably know I discovered a process that totally changed my life and working with this process on a daily basis has helped thousands of others create much healthier, happier and more fulfilling lives for themselves.
If you are not familiar with my work I have described this process in my book entitled Unlimited Futures: How to Understand the Life You Have and Create the Life You Want.
I have also created a course that we call our Core Course. We now have this course on DVDs so you can experience this course right in the comfort of your own home. You can also download an introduction of this course absolutely free, by simply clicking the box on the side of any page on our web site requesting it.
In addition, once you start experiencing this amazing growth process we provide a course that you can attend in a beautiful warm peaceful place where you can relax, release stress and revitalize yourself to accelerate this natural evolutionary process. It is a wonderful experience that moves you into a much more advanced level of awareness and functioning.
