Symptoms of Stress

Are you overstressed?  Most people are. Take this simple test to see if you are experiencing symptoms of an over stressed nervous system.

Check any of these symptoms that you are experiencing or have experienced in the last year.

____Accidents

____Anger/Hostility

____Anxiety

____Apathy

____Boredom

____Confusion

____Crying

____Depression

____Diminished Productivity

____Dissatisfaction with Life

____Excessive Sleeping

____Fear

____Forgetfulness

____Increased Mind Chatter

____Impatience

____Indecision

____Insecurity

____Insomnia

____Irritability

____Loneliness

____Nervous Laughter

____Nightmares

____Over eating

____Panic

____Physical Illness

____Poor Concentration

____Procrastination

____Smoking

____Urge to Run Away

____Over Use of Alcohol or Drugs

____Withdrawal

If you are experiencing more than 2 or 3 of these symptoms you are most likely severely over stressed.  If that stress is not released you will fall into a downward spiral that becomes harder and harder to recover from.

Stress damages the entire mind/body system, and these are symptoms that indicate that your nervous system is overloaded and unable to function properly.

When the nervous system is overloaded it is an indication that other mind/body systems have also been damaged, like the immune system, and if something is not done to release this stress soon it will show up in illnesses.

Since we have not understood stress and its effects on our health, we usually just keep over stressing ourselves until we get a major wake-up call like high blood pressure, diabetes, anxiety, heart problems, cancer or any number of things that occur when our immune systems become over stressed.

I have discovered a simple process that when practiced on a daily basis releases the built-up stress and heals the damage it has caused to the entire mind/body system.  In addition, once the stress is released and the system has healed itself, it begins to strengthen itself.  As you get stronger and stronger you automatically become more capable and your life gets easier and much more enjoyable.  Then in time you discover abilities that you never realized you had.

These are called right brain abilities.  We all have them, but they lie dormant until we get healthy enough to activate them.  These abilities are creativity and intuition.  You discover a new way of knowing right from within yourself and you move into a much advanced level of understanding and functioning.
