Tools for Personal Growth

by Dr. Bobbie Stevens on February 15, 2010

There are many tools for personal growth that can be helpful, but I have discovered a process that releases stress and refines the energy in the mind/body system, and when this process is followed on a daily basis it moves one into a whole new level of functioning.

Some of the tools we use in this process are stretching exercises, breathing exercises, meditation and focusing techniques.  I discovered this process many years ago when I was looking for something to help me quit smoking.  It not only helped me quit smoking, but my energy started increasing, I begin to feel younger and more confident, and I felt very calm and peaceful inside.

Later I realized that this process allows the body and mind to heal itself, therefore creating much higher levels of health and wellness.  It also develops abilities that we all have, but that lie dormant if we do not know how to activate them.  This process activates our ability to intuitively receive knowledge from the field of all intelligence.  We begin to discover our creative abilities, the ability to see the big picture, understand complex systems and become aware of laws of nature or principles of life that govern how we create our own life experiences.

Once we understand these laws of nature and align ourselves with them we discover that we can create whatever we want.

This process has allowed me to create a much healthier, happier and more fulfilling life than I ever dreamed possible.  It is also the reason that Unlimited Futures exists.  I founded Unlimited Futures to share this discovery with others and help them make their own discoveries.  I created a course using all the tools that I was using when this discovery happened for me.

We have been providing this course for twenty something years now, and thousands of people have participated in the course with amazing results.

I have written a book entitled Unlimited Futures: How to Understand the Life You Have and Create the Life You Want. In this book I provide step-by-step guidelines for how to work with these tools for your own personal growth and development.
