It was pleasure reading your book. I have started my second read and I am two weeks into the morning stretches and meditations. I am excited about consciously creating my life. I was so facinated with your story as I to am in real estate school. Also, I am looking to develop my Life Coach business. I am wondering if you ever do anywork in the Dallas area. It is my dream to share and teach people these same principles of life. I know that I have a gift in me and it brings me pure joy to connect with people and help them see the unlimited possibilities before them. I am not sure that this e-mail will lead to anything, however, I felt compelled to reach out to you. My phone number is 972.814.8756. Because I feel like you became my friend in this book as I read your story, I would love to know how you are doing.
I am so glad to hear that you are enjoying my book and working with the process. Just keep working with the process and you will see things unfolding for you in all areas of your life.
We are doing great and have some exciting things coming up that I would like to share with you, so keep joining me on my blogs. Who knows what might come of our connection. Thanks for purchasing my book.
I have a question about the meditation part of the routine. I started using the Holosync programme about 7 years ago, and I listen to an hour long meditation when I go to bed at night. This programme put me in touch with the Abundance programme from Paul Scheele which is where I learned about your programme. He has incorporated 7 different 20 min meditations in that programme. I find meditation via listening to a CD much easier than the ones in your book. So I was wondering are you familiar with these to programmes and could I use these forms of meditation as a substitute for the suggestions in your book? Many thanks
I am not familiar with the meditation techniques that you are speaking of. The most important thing to remember about meditation is that its purpose to being the conscious mind to a level of absolute silence. This is when our conscious mind merges with the super-conscious or universal intelligence. We can use any of the senses to focus our attention on one point The conscious mind will get tired of focusing on that point and will transcend thought, merging with absolute silence. You may not be aware of this, but using the meditation techniques that I describe in the book allows this to happen, and every split second we merge with the super-conscious we expand our awareness.
